David has specialised in property for more than 20 years. He qualified with one of Liverpool's largest practices before pursuing his career in-house with a large property developer in the north-west.

He has obtained wide experience in advising on a variety of property developments and he continues to advise developers and individuals selling land for development.

Before he joined Whatley Recordon in 2001, David ran a large team of lawyers advising the national mortgage providers, giving him a helpful insight into how lenders operate. His experience in property means that David can advise on:

  • landlord and tenant issues
  • Land Registry adjudication
  • property and neighbour disputes
